Few weeks ago I made stupid decision by installing freeBSD instead Linux. Now after hour of finding drivers/compiling crap I’m going back to linux.
I have been trying to setup freeBSD and it is hard. I can’t get X running for some reason :( I would like to test new gnome, maybe I should change back to linux that is so much easier to setup.
I’m quite curious about red hat here is a nice interview. It turns out they’ve released a new portal product and a new CMS product. Both appear to be based on Java/Tomcat.
I have been investigating new version of phpWebSite 0.9.0.
phpWebSite 0.9.0 is a modular content management system written using object oriented programming. It’s based on PHP templating. After first look I think I might start to use it in some projects. Thought I dont totally understand PHP peple why do they always want to build modular/templating products. I would much rather prefer XML/XSLT as a transformation.
